This Portal website was developed, funded, and is operated by Oceanique owners. The website is not sponsored by or funded by the Association, the Association management company, or the Board of Directors. This Portal website is open to the public. It contains no private or proprietary data.
The Private Owners’ website at https://oceaniqueoceanfront.com was originally approved and funded by the 2018 Board of Directors as an alternative to management company websites. However, the Private Owners’ website was ordered shutdown by a subsequent Board of Directors.
The Private Owners’ website was reopened by owners and retains the original look and organization of the original Association sponsored website, but it remains privately funded and operated by Oceanique owners.
The Private Owners’ website hosts Association records from December 2014 through March 2020 and we are working to find records from April 2020 to the present. We hope the Board and the management company will provide the Association documents required to keep it current.
